1                     Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions.  By entering, entrants accept these conditions.

2                     Entry is open only to Australian residents except directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of Tango Gelato (Kingscliff & Palm Beach).

3                     The competition begins at 9:00am (AEDT) on 17/11/2024 and closes 5:00pm (AEDT) 8/12/2024 (Competition Period).

4                     During the Competition Period, this promotion will be conducted at Tango Gelato, Shop 4, 78-80 Marine Parade Kingscliff NSW 2487, and Tango Gelato, Shop 16b Pavilions Shopping Centre, 1102 Gold Coast Highway Palm Beach QLD 4221.

5                     To enter, consumers must, during the Competition Period, visit a Tango Gelato store and do the following:

-        Take a photo that includes themselves and the neon “Happiness” sign instore

-        Post that photo to their Instagram page

-        Mention @tangogelato in that post

-        Tag a friend in that post

-        Follow @tangogelato on Instagram

6                     Five winners will be drawn from the qualifying entrants.  The prize draw will take place at 10:00am on 9/12/24 at Tango Gelato, Shop 4, 78-80 Marine Parade Kingscliff NSW 2487.

7                     There is a total of 10 prizes of $50 Tango Gelato Gift Cards.  Five of these prizes will be awarded to the five winners drawn at random, with another five prizes awarded to the friends the winners tagged in their qualifying Instagram post.

8                     Entries are limited to one per person.

9                     The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, correspondence or claims for any prize whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.   

10                  There is a total of ten prizes, valued at a total of $500. 

11                  The prize winners must, at Tango Gelato’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.

12                  Tango Gelato and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

13                  The prize must be collected from a Tango Gelato store at a mutually agreed upon time between the winner and Tango Gelato. 

14                  Winners will be notified via Instagram on 9/12/24, and their names displayed in-store and on Instagram. If the winner has not claimed their prize or contacted Tango Gelato by 9:00am on 9/6/25, a second chance draw will take place at that time at the same address. 

15                  Tango Gelato may require winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Tango Gelato’s discretion. 

16                  Tango Gelato may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

17                  Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Tango Gelato accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.  Where a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required.

18                  Printing and other quality control errors outside Tango Gelato’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. 

19                  If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Tango Gelato which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Tango Gelato may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required.

20                  Tango Gelato accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.  Independent financial and tax advice should be sought. 

21                  All entries will be the property of the Tango Gelato.  The information entrants provide will be used by Tango Gelato for the purpose of conducting this competition.  Tango Gelato may communicate to entrants via Instagram. Tango Gelato may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. Tango Gelato is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. 

22                  This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

23                  The Promoter is Fruish Investments Pty Ltd, Trading As Tango Gelato, Shop 4, 78-80 Marine Parade Kingscliff NSW 2487.

1. Receive one stamp for every Regular or Large smoothie, shake or juice purchase, and every single scoop or larger gelato or sorbet purchase.  
2. Ten stamps on one card can be redeemed for a free Regular smoothie, shake or juice, or a single scoop plain waffle cone gelato or sorbet.
3. Stamps can be earned and redeemed at all Tango Gelato stores.
4. All stamps must be genuine Tango Gelato loyalty stamps
5. Full loyalty cards must be redeemed prior to the expiry date printed on the card.
6. Sorry but Kid's Scoops do not earn loyalty stamps, and purchases of other items such as Take Home Tubs earn one stamp per item.
7. Tango Gelato reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions or suspend the program at any time and without notice.
